Studio Policies


Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel abruptly. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice for any cancelled appointment to avoid a fee. For all appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours, there is a 50% charge of the service booked. For appointments cancelled on the same day of the service or failure to show up without notice will incur a 100% charge of the service booked.

The best way to cancel is through the online booking. If you are not able to, please send us a text at (510) 989-2262 with your full name and appointment time. Please understand that we have a cancellation policy in place, not to punish you, but to allow our other clients the opportunity to fill that appointment.


Payment Policy

We accept all major debit/credit cards, cash, and Venmo. If possible, we ask that refill services be paid in cash/Venmo. We appreciate any gratuity that you may give us and hope its not too much of a burden for it to be in the form of cash/Venmo.


Refund Policy

We have a strict no refund policy. Our goal at Wink Studio is for our clients to leave 100% satisfied. In the event that you are not, please get in touch with us within 3 days of your service we so can try to rectify the situation.


Children Policy

We do not allow any children under the age of 12 to be at the studio for safety reasons. We work with sharp tools, so we need to be able to focus and maintain a steady hand while working on you. We will not be able to perform the service if this happens and you will be responsible for the full service amount.
